About the designer Dolly Parekh and Dolliz Kasba – The designer Store
Dolliz Kasba, a renewed fashion outlet in Calcutta, Bhubaneswar, Vadodara, is run by Calcutta based and Gujarat origin fashion designer, Sweta Parekh for the last 7 years. She has her own unique style of creating designs and is highly inspired by old traditional art of India. Through her designs dolly Parekh, gets a chance to aware people about the unknown and untold traditions of India. She personally picks her own fabrics from Hongkong and China. Her ethnic collection not only gives a sense of richness but also class.
dolly Parekh has participated in a number of fashion shows in Bhubaneswar, Calcutta and Vadodara. She has designed for number of TV and Ollywood actors of Odisha. Her contribution towards Pattachitra, a traditional cloth based scroll painting in Odisha has been immense to an extent that she has a complete collection with the name of Pattachitra-Krishna Leela. She has showcased these collections at the Bhubaneshwar Style Week, 2016 where Lakshmi Narayan Tripathi was the showstopper who just couldn’t stop raving about her collection.
